Sugar Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Blueberry Pudding

Are you obsessed with mason jars? Peanut Butter? Chocolate? Then this dessert is for you! It’s quick, sugar free, low fat, and low calorie. Check out the recipe:

Ingredients:

• 1 family size chocolate sugar free pudding

• 1/2 cup sugar free cool whip

• 2 tbsp peanut butter powder

• 3 cups milk

• 1 tbsp chia seeds

• 1 tbsp flax seeds

• blueberries

Instructions:

1. Use whisk to combine milk and cool whip

2. Add pudding mix to bowl

3. Add peanut butter powder, chia and flax seeds

 4. Pour 2/3 pudding mix into separate mason jars

5. Add 1/4 cup blueberries to each mason jar

6. Refridgerate for at least 1/2 hour and enjoy!

Yields: 8 mason jars
