FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is your pricing? Mini Sessions start at $50 and Regular sessions start at $150. You can also check our Packages page for any current specials or promotions. Please use our Contact form for any Special Event inquiries you may have such as Parties, Weddings, Corporate Events, etc. The more information provided upfront will help us determine appropriate pricing specifically for your needs.
2. How will I get my photos after my session? And when? Within 24-48 business hours, you will receive an email with a PDF version of all photos that were taken. Extra photos are $10 a photo so if you find you love more photos, you can easily purchase additional.
Once you have selected your photos, you will email the image numbers indicating your choices and once email is received, you will be notified within 24-48 business hours of the date your photos will be ready. The time for editing and delivery may fluctuate depending on how busy we are, but turnaround time is usually within 14 days for Mini Sessions and Regular Sessions.
Photos will be delivered via email for free. You can choose to order a CD for an extra $10 or USB Flash Drive for an extra $15. You will receive 2 versions of your photos: Edited Versions for printing your photos and Watermarked Versions for sharing your photos online.
3. Can I have an outfit change? And what should I wear? Absolutely! Wardrobe changes aren’t recommended for Mini Sessions due to time constraints, however you are more than welcome to do so if you wish. Please keep in mind some locations may not offer restroom facilities when you are making your final decision on a location. We highly recommend outfit changes for Regular Sessions.
4. Can we buy gift certificates? Absolutely! Gift Certificates always make the perfect gift! Please use our Contact form or email info@sashabiancaphotography.com to make the necessary arrangements for a printable gift certificate. The recipient will be able to contact us to book their session.
5. Can you photoshop this and that? We believe in “getting it right the first time” where the photo looks perfect when the picture is originally taken. In order to maintain a fast turnaround time, we do not spend hours upon hours editing photos. We take pride in our work and ensure delivery of photos to be proud of. Your photos are a true representation of you, however we can photoshop some minor changes for an additional fee.
Examples of minor edits include making the photos black and white, removing blemishes, whitening teeth, or doing a color splash.
6. Do you travel to different locations? Absolutely! We love traveling! The location is completely up to you. Some locations may have a travel fee or entrance fee. Anywhere that is more than an hour drive will have a travel fee and any entrance fee is when cost of admission exceeds $5. Appropriate arrangements will be made prior to the shoot, so there will be no unexpected fees or miscommunication about the final costs of your shoot.
7. Do you have a second photographer for Special Events? Yes, second photographers are available for special events. Depending on the nature of the event a second photographer may be required to ensure all expectations are met for your photographic needs. For example, an 8 hour wedding or a photo booth will have at least 2 photographers. Keep in mind Special Event needs vary from client to client so please feel free to use our Contact form or email info@sashabiancaphotography.com so that we can discuss your needs and worry about what is best for YOU.
8. Before my Special Event, can we have a meeting beforehand? Yes please! Depending on the nature of the special event, a meeting may be required to ensure the correct expectations are set and we are on the same page prior to the day of the event.
9. Where is Sasha Bianca Photography located? We are located out of Boca Raton, Florida. We shoot in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami County. Please feel free to use our Contact form for any inquiries.

Customers always come first at Sasha Bianca Photography, therefore please note, if you reach our voicemail, please try texting for a faster response. We may be out on a Photoshoot and giving our full attention to our current client. We will return messages, as well as text messages, as soon as possible.
