Mason Jar Oatmeal

Do you find there’s never enough time in the morning for breakfast? Have you been wanting to try meal prepping but don’t have enough time to cook? Try a mason jar oatmeal! There’s no cooking, very little mess and within 20 minutes you can have a week’s worth of breakfast to take on the go.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup yogurt

1 package of flavored oatmeal

1/2 cup of milk

1/4 cup fruit

1 tbsp of chia/flax seeds

1 tbsp oatbran

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients into 12 oz mason jar (the idea is to make layers)

2. Close lid tightly and shake

3. Refrigerate up to 6 days. They can be eaten hot or cold.
