Baked Tomato Parmesan

Here’s a healthy, low carb, gluten free, vegetarian snack to try! Baked Tomato Parmesan. All it takes is 10 minutes and voila! A yummy appetizer to munch on.

Ingredients:

4 Tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese

Johnny’s Garlic Spread and Seasoning

Basil/Rosemary Seasoning

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees

2. Cut tomatoes into 3 slices

3. Sprinkle cheese on top of tomato slices

4. Sprinkle Basil/Rosemary

5. Bake until tomatoes are tender and cheese has melted; approximately 15 minutes

6. Enjoy!
